I tried chiropracty, massage, epidurals, exercise, etc. If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called “Healing Back Pain” by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT “about” anatomy in general. You can google his name they probably have the book at your local library. P.S. I’ve had 2 discectomies in the past – didn’t know better, and…yeah, it’s a really worthwhile read.

    Don’t wait for …
Don’t wait for symptoms! Acknowledge upper cervical specific doctors care, and you will really be helping people, Duff method, NUCCA, atlas orthogonal, HIO, Grostic, and Blair. These people pay close attention to the Occipital atlantoaxial region. Use your money to train and be trained as one of the upper cervical specific doctors. Go to (upcspine) to learn more. Have any question you can ask me or my upper cervical doctor can help.

    Problem can start …
Problem can start at birth. Atlas is the most unstable bone in the body the baby has no muscle memory weak tendons and ligaments and when an out side forces can shift the atlas from where it should be bumping it up against the nerve as it exits the brain. A percentage of the impulse is interrupted, and will continue to get worse.
The % of nerve impulses = % function of that part. Level Neutral atlas centered under the skull = neutral healthy spine.(upcspine) don’t wait for symptoms.
